Order in Council 1314/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Christa Reccord, Barrister and Solicitor of Ottawa, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective October 24, 2024.
