OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated October 8, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Jo-Anne I. Pittman of Westville, Pictou County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with Gary R. Rankin, which appointment was made by Order in Council 88-540 dated May 17, 1988; and (

b) appoint Jo-Anne I. Pittman of New Glasgow, Pictou County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the New Glasgow/Westville Police Service.
