OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage dated November 10, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 22 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia Act , is pleased to: (

a) appoint Vivek Sood of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a Director to the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia Board of Directors for a term of three (3) years commencing December 1, 2022; and (

b) appoint Susan Crocker of Chester, Lunenburg County, as a Director to the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia Board of Directors for a term of three (3) years commencing December 1, 2022.
