Order in Council 572/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Michelle Tan of Wasaga Beach be reappointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of three years, effective June 17, 2023.
