OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated January 18, 2011, and pursuant to clause (

f) of

Section 19 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2010-468 dated December 20, 2010, by striking out the references to "Universal Property Management Limited, a body corporate with a registered office located at 1190 Barrington Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia" wherever it appears and substituting "Universal Realty Limited".
