Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Trade Union Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that subsections (2) and (3) of

Section 3 of

Chapter 61 of the Acts of 2005,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Trade Union Act, do come into force on and not before September 7, 2007, with effect on and after October 1, 2007.
