OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board dated August 8, 2019, and pursuant to subsection 35(3) of

Chapter 379 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Trustee Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board to pay to Alan Burris Reid the sum of Four Thousand, Eight Hundred Thirty Five Dollars and Seventy-Two Cents ($4,835.72), held by the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board pursuant to subsection 28(2) of the Public Trustee Act , being his share of the Estate of the late Audrey Ross Archibald Reid, together with interest at the rate of Prime less 2.0% from March 16, 2016 to the date of payment, less an administrative charge of 5% on accrued interest.
