B.C. Reg. 67/2012 , deposited March 30, 2012, pursuant to the MISCELLANEOUS STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 3), 2011 [section 40] and the WILDLIFE ACT [section 108 (2) (

l) and (

u) and (4)]. Order in Council 186/2012, approved and ordered March 29, 2012.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective April 1, 2012,

(

a) sections 25, 31, 32 and 36 of the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act (No. 3), 2011 , S.B.C. 2011, c. 27, are brought into force,

(

b) the Wildlife Act Commercial Activities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 338/82, is amended by adding the following section:

Delivery of guide report

1.05.1

(1) A guide outfitter must deliver to the regional manager, within 30 days after the hunt is concluded, the original of the completed guide report referred to in

section 55 (1) of the Act.

(2) A guide outfitter who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence. ,

(

c) section 1 of the Hunting Regulation, B.C. Reg. 190/84, is amended

(

i) by repealing the definition of "bag limit" , and

(ii) by adding the following subsection:

(6) In this regulation, unless another period of time is specified, a bag limit in respect of

(

a) mammals or turkeys is for one licence year, and

(

b) any other birds is for one day. , and

(

d) the power to make regulations under

section 108 (2) (l.1) and (l.2) of the Wildlife Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 488 is delegated to the minister charged with the administration of the Wildlife Act.
