OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business and Consumer Services dated December 9, 1998, pursuant to
Section 14 of
Chapter 436 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Solemnization of Marriage Act, is pleased to: (
a) accept the resignation and revoke the appointment of John Campbell of Shelburne, Shelburne County, as Deputy Issuer of Marriage Licenses, which appointment was made by Order in Council 1998-427, dated August 18, 1998; and (
b) appoint John Shaar of Barrington Passage, Shelburne County, as Deputy Issuer of Marriage Licenses effective December 1, 1998.
