Order in Council 1563/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 8(2)(

b) of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario Act, 2017 , John Beck of Toronto be reappointed as part-time member of the Council of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
