OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 18, 2003, and pursuant to
Section 24 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective August 18, 2003, to assign responsibility for the Office of Aboriginal Affairs to the Honourable Michael G. Baker, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister of Aboriginal Affairs.
