OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated June 17, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province in the total amount not to exceed one million one hundred fifty four thousand one hundred and nineteen dollars ($1,154,119.00) to fund the purchase of a CT scanner for the Inverness Consolidated Memorial Hospital, the cost of which grant is to be paid on the basis of invoiced costs submitted to the Department of Health and Wellness and charged to "Capital Grants, Department of Health and Wellness”, effective August 12, 2014.
