OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission and the Minister of Labour Relations dated March 4, 2024, and pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act , is pleased to: (
a) effective April 1, 2021, revoke approval of the MCP Legal Services Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2021-43 dated February 4, 2021; (
b) approve the MCP Legal Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period April 1, 2021, to March 31, 2022; (
c) approve the MCP Legal Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period of April 1, 2022, to March 31, 2023; (
d) approve the MCP Legal Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “C” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period of April 1, 2023, to March 30, 2024; (
e) approve the MCP Legal Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “D” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after March 31, 2024; (
f) approve the MCP Legal Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “E” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the period of April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025; and (
g) approve the MCP Legal Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule “F” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after April 1, 2025.
