OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Credit Union Act and Trust and Loan Companies Act dated August 28, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 256 of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994, the Credit Union Act, and

Section 13 of

Chapter 7 of the Acts of 1991, the Trust and Loan Companies Act is pleased, effective September 18, 2012, to:

a) revoke the appointment of William Ngu as Acting Deputy Superintendent of Credit Unions and Trust and Loan Companies made by Order in Council 2004-102; and

b) appoint William Ngu as Deputy Superintendent of Credit Unions and Trust and Loan Companies.
