OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated May 11, 2004, pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (
a) dispose of certain lands, situate at 459 Main Street, Town of Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, and more particularly described in
Schedule "A" which
schedule is attached to and forms part of the report and recommendation; (
b) convey the former Yarmouth County Correctional Facility property to the Municipality of the County of Yarmouth, for the price of $1.00; and (
c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.2004
