OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated March 20, 2009, and pursuant to

Section 65 of

Chapter 42 of the Acts of 2005, the Involuntary Psychiatric Treatment Act, is pleased to: (1) reappoint under clause 65(2)(

b) the following persons as members of the Review Board, each for a two year term commencing April 1, 2009 and expiring March 31, 2011: Anne Jackman of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, Mark Dempsey of Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, Gilles Deveau of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, Jan E. McKenzie, Q.C. of Upper LaHave, Lunenburg County, Marion Millet of Kentville, Kings County, David Muise of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, Valerie L.

Paul of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, Robert Stewart, Q.C. of Berwick, Kings County; (2) designate under subsection 65(5), Anne Jackman of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Chair of the Review Board for a two year term commencing April 1, 2009 and expiring March 31, 2011; (3) reappoint under clause 65(2)(

a) the following persons as members of the Review Board, each for a three year term commencing April 1, 2009 and expiring March 31, 2012: Dr. Stanley Kutcher of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, Dr. Patricia Pearce of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; (4) appoint under clause 65(2)(

a) the following persons as members of the Review Board, each for a two year term commencing April 1, 2009 and expiring March 31, 2011: Dr. Lawrence Buffett of Lower Sackville, Halifax Regional Municipality, Dr. Paul Reynolds of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; (5) appoint under clause 65(2)(

c) the following persons as members of the Review Board, each for a two year term commencing April 1, 2009 and expiring March 31, 2011: Lynn MacLellan of Wellington, Halifax Regional Municipality, Rev. Ruth Main of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; and (6) reappoint under clause 65(2)(

c) the following persons as members of the Review Board, each for a two year term commencing April 1, 2009 and expiring March 31, 2011: Andy Cox of RR#1 Milford Station, Halifax Regional Municipality, Bruce Miller of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, Susan Torrens of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality.
