Order in Council 1282/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(1) and 9(2) of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation Act, 2011

Michael Lindsay of Toronto, Ontario

be appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council until October 31, 2023, effective November 1, 2020.
