OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated November 21, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 14 of
Chapter 436 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Solemnization of Marriage Act, is pleased, effective December 9, 2008, to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Rhonda Miller, of Yarmouth Access Nova Scotia, as a Deputy Issuer of Marriage Licenses, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2008-283; and (
b) appoint Marsha Belliveau, Information Services Representative of Yarmouth Access Nova Scotia Centre, as a Deputy Issuer of Marriage Licenses.
