Order in Council 1181/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 50 (2) of the School Boards Collective Bargaining Act, 2014 , David Ross of Mississauga be reappointed as a member of the Education Relations Commission, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the later of August 29, 2022 and the date this Order in Council is made.
