OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 3, 2005, pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve the issuance of a grant or deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey a parcel of Crown land containing an area of 3,720 square metres (40,040 square feet), more or less, situate at Cheticamp, Inverness County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Cheticamp Boatbuilders Limited, a body corporate with a registered office at Cheticamp, Inverness County, for the consideration of approximately $2,753.00 with the exact amount to be determined by multiplying the land's appraised market value of $0.74 per square metre by its area, in square meters, as determined by legal survey; (

b) rescind Order in Council 95-82 dated January 31, 1995, and 1999-174 dated April 14, 1999; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
