OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated January 17, 2013, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice to enter into a Tripartite Agreement for the 2012 - 2013 fiscal year with the federal government and the Mi’kmaw Legal Support Network, in the form set out in
Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, with such modifications as the Minister of Justice determines are necessary.
