An Act to Amend the Opportunities New Brunswick Act Loi modifiant la Loi constituant Opportunités Nouveau-Brunswick Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1

Section of the Opportunities New Brunswick Act,

a) by repealing subsection (3) and substituting the following:

a) the skills and qualifications required of the Board as a whole in order for the Board to carry out its functions, and

c) provide to the Lieutenant-Governor in Council a description of the recruitment, assessment and selec- tion processes used and the results of those processes.
