BILL 41 – 2018
ADVANCED EDUCATION STATUTE REPEAL ACT
HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:
This Bill repeals the Public Education Flexibility and Choice Act .
Repeal
1 The Public Education Flexibility and Choice Act , S.B.C. 2002, c. 3, is repealed.
Commencement
2 This Act comes into force on the date of Royal Assent.
Explanatory Note
This Bill repeals the Public Education Flexibility and Choice Act .
