OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated April 29, 2003, pursuant to Sections 2(b), 2(c), 3(1)(c), 3(1)(d), and 5 of

Chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Industrial Development Act, and Sections 59A(

a) and 59C(1) of

Chapter 365 of the said Revised Statutes, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize financial assistance to Britex Group Limited by way of a deficiency guarantee not to exceed $900,000 to the Bank of Nova Scotia on such terms and conditions as outlined in the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated April 29, 2003; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
