CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Saskatchewan Government Insurance Act, 1980 (Assented to December 12, 1983) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Saskatchewan Government Insurance Amendment Act, 1983. 1979-80, c.S-19.1 The Saskatchewan Government Insurance Act, 1980 is amended in the manner set forth in this Act. Clause amended Clause 2(

j) is repealed. New

section 5.1 The following

section is added after

section 5: Staff “5.1(1) The corporation may: (

a) employ any officers or other employees that it considers necessary for the conduct of its operations; and (

b) determine their respective duties and powers, their conditions of employment and their remuneration. “

(2) The corporation has control and supervision over its officers and employees”.

Section amended
