OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated March 23, 2005, and pursuant to

Section 61 of

Chapter 208 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Hospitals Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint the following persons as members of the Review Board for all facilities under the Hospitals Act, each for a three year term commencing on April 1, 2005 and ending on March 31, 2008: Dr. Lawrence Buffett of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; Dr. Paul Reynolds of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; (

b) appoint the following persons as members of the Review Board for all facilities under the Hospitals Act, each for a three year term commencing on April 1, 2005 and ending on March 31, 2008: Joanne Bury of Sambro, Halifax Regional Municipality; Mark Dempsey of Bridgewater, Lunenburg County; Anne Jackman of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; Esmeralda Thornhill of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and (

c) appoint the following persons as members of the Review Board for all facilities under the Hospitals Act, each for a one year term commencing on April 1, 2005 and ending on March 31, 2006: Stephen Ayer of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; Lynn MacLellan of Wellington, Halifax Regional Municipality; Ruth Main of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; Ken McPhee of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; Lea McQuaig of Hammonds Plains, Halifax Regional Municipality. \x09\x09\x09
