OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated November 5 , 2014, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Attorney General and Minister of Justice to enter into a Tripartite Funding Agreement with Canada and the Mi’kmaw Lega1Support Network, in the form set out in
Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, with such minor modifications as the Attorney General and Minister of Justice determines are necessary.
