OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated March 14, 2001, and pursuant to subsections 18(1), (2), (3) and (4) of the General Blasting Regulations, N.S. Reg. 77/90 made pursuant to
Chapter 7 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1996, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, is pleased to revoke the appointment of Sid McConnell as a member of the Board of Examiners for the Certification of Blasters effective April 12, 2001.
