OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated February 14, 2013, and pursuant to
Section 74 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , and pursuant to Sections 10 and 13 of
Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2005, the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act , is pleased to: (
a) authorize the Minister of Finance to lend money to the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission to a maximum of $200,000,000 in Canadian funds to facilitate capital improvements to the Angus L. MacDonald Bridge on terms and conditions specified by the Minister of Finance; and (
b) approve the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission borrowing such funds from the Minister of Finance.
