Order in Council 515/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 2(2), 5(1) and 8(1) of the Executive Council Act, and despite any provision of a statute or Order in Council, the Minister of Finance’s responsibilities in respect of the administration of the Co-operative Corporations Act are hereby assigned and transferred from the Minister of Finance to the Minister of Government and Consumer Services effective April 1, 2020.

Further, effective April 1, 2020, Appendix B of Order in Council O.C. 1150/2018 dated October 22, 2018 and Appendix A of Order in Council O.C. 1152/2018 dated October 22, 2018 are hereby revised and shall be interpreted accordingly, and Appendix C of Order in Council O.C. 1150/2018 dated October 22, 2018 and Appendix B of Order in Council O.C. 1152/2018 dated October 22, 2018 are hereby revoked.
