On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
the portions of highway in the Township of Patience in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation shown as;
Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Ministry Plan P-3285-13, being a Crown Land Plan registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay as Plan F63118 (MISC549);
Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Ministry Plan P-3285-14, being a Crown Land Plan registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay as Plan F67873 (MISC550); and
Parts 2 and 3 on Ministry Plan P-3285-15, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northwestern Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 21 st day of February, 2019,
be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to
Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990,
chapter P.50, as amended, and
Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-3285-15, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northwestern Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 21 st day of February, 2019 be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990,
chapter P.50 as amended.
