OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment dated August 29, 2017, and pursuant to Sections 25 and 112 of

Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Environment Act , is pleased to amend the Air Quality Regulations , N.S. Reg. 28/2005, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2005-87 dated February 25, 2005, to continue a program for recovering and recycling mercury from mercury-containing products and to clarify the authority to require verification for certain reporting, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after October 12, 2017.
