Order in Council 319/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5 (4) of the Capital Investment Plan Act , 1993, Stephen Geist , of Toronto, is appointed as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Financing Authority, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term ending no later than July 1. 2026, effective as of the date this Order in Council is made.
