OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, dated September 26, 2018, and pursuant to

Section 80 of

Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act is pleased to: (

a) authorize the conveyance of the parcel, identified as Parcel A and Parcel B, containing an area of 0.418 acres (18,190 sq. feet), more or less, as shown on plan 7761-18, prepared by M.G. Wadden, NSLS, dated April 20, 2018, located at or near Loch Broom, Pictou County, more particularly described in

Schedule “A” and shown on

Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to Sheldon and Sandra Kennedy of Loch Broom, Pictou County, for the consideration of $1,044.00 plus HST of $156.60 for a total purchase price of $1,200.60; (

b) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to effect the conveyance of the lands herein above described; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purpose of this Order.
