OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Acting Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated June 25, 2009, and pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 2006,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 92 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Consumer Protection Act, and subsection (7) of

Section 3 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 18B to 18S and

Section 18U of the Consumer Protection Act, as enacted by

Section 2 of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 2006,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 92 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Consumer Protection Act, do come into force on and not before August 1, 2009.
