Loi sur les endroits sans fumée Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 1(1) of the Smoke-free Places Act,

chapter of the Revised Statutes, 2011, is amended by repealing the definition “smoke” and substituting the following: 1 Le paragraphe 1(1) de la

Loi sur les endroits sans fumée,

chapitre des Lois révisées de 2011, est mo- difié par l’abrogation de la définition de « fumer » et son remplacement par ce qui suit : “smoke” means « fumer » S’entend du fait : (

a) to smoke, hold or otherwise have control over an ignited tobacco product or another ignited sub- stance that is intended to be smoked, or

a) soit de fumer, de tenir un produit de tabac allumé ou une autre substance allumée destinée à être fumée ou d’en conserver la maîtrise de toute autre manière; (

b) to inhale or exhale vapour from, or to hold or otherwise have control over,

b) soit d’inhaler ou d’exhaler la vapeur d’un des dispositifs suivants, de le tenir ou d’en conserver la maîtrise de toute autre manière : (

i) an activated electronic cigarette, (

i) une cigarette électronique activée, (ii) an activated water pipe, or (ii) une pipe à eau activée, (iii) another activated device containing a sub- stance that is intended to be inhaled or exhaled. Section of the Act is amended by adding after paragraph (
