Order in Council 1499/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Kevin O'Brien was appointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective September 7, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1314/2023;

And

whereas Kevin O'Brien tendered his resignation effective October 12, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 1314/2023 be revoked effective October 12, 2024.
