Order in Council 426/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 1(1) of the Crown Attorneys Act , R.S.O. 1990, c. C.49, the appointment of Graeme Andrew Leach of Welland as Assistant Crown Attorney, made by the Order in Council numbered O.C. 991/2000 and dated May 31, 2000, be revoked effective March 25, 2026.
