Statute: Sydney Steel Corporation Act Public Service Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated February 24, 2006, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and

Section 2 of

Chapter 456 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Sydney Steel Corporation Act, is pleased, effective February 24, 2006, to: (

a) revoke the assignment of the Sydney Steel Corporation Act to the Honourable Ronald S. Russell, which assignment was made by Order in Council 2003-366 dated August 18, 2003; and\x09 (

b) assign the Sydney Steel Corporation Act to the Honourable Angus MacIsaac, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for the Sydney Steel Corporation Act.
