Le Code de la route est modifié de sorte que ceux qui omettent de faire installer un dispositif de verrouillage du système de démarrage dans leur véhicule ne puissent plus interjeter appel ni de la suspension de leur permis ni de leur participation au programme de verrouillage du système de démarrage.

H60 amended The Highway Traffic Act is amended by this Act. Modification du c. c) and adding the following after clause (c): (

d) an action taken by the registrar under clause 11(4)(

d) of the Ignition-Interlock Program Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 195/2003, for the failure by the person to allow an approved ignition-interlock device to be installed in a vehicle. 2 Le paragraphe 279(3) est modifié par adjonction, à
