An Act to Authorize The City of Saint John to Set Aside a Portion of Tucker Park for Street Purposes WHEREAS The City of Saint John prays that it be en- acted as hereinafter set forth; AND WHEREAS it is desirable that the trust relating to Tucker Park be enlarged to permit that a portion thereof be used for the purposes of a public street; THEREFORE, Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Bruns- wick, enacts as follows: 1 Notwithstanding anything contained in the Will of the late Joseph J.

Tucker or in any other document, convey- ance or Act, The City of Saint John shall be deemed to have been and is hereby authorized to set aside a parcel of land comprising square meters, being a portion of the lands known as Tucker Park devised by the late Joseph J. Tucker to The City of Saint John, and designated “Arling- ton Crescent (Public Street)” on a subdivision plan filed in the Saint John County Registry Office on the th day of April, 2009 as Number for the purposes of a public street. partie du parc soit utilisée comme rue publique; À CES CAUSES, Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le con- sentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau- Brunswick, édicte : 1 Nonobstant le contenu du testament du défunt Joseph J. Tucker ou de tout autre document, acte de transport ou loi, la cité appelée The City of Saint John est réputée avoir été autorisée et est autorisée par la présente loi à réserver, pour servir de rue publique, une parcelle de mètres carrés qui fait

partie des terrains connus sous le nom de Tucker Park, légués par le défunt Joseph J. Tucker à la cité appelée The City of Saint John, et qui porte la désignation « Arlington Crescent (Public Street) » dans un plan de lo- tissement déposé au Bureau de l’enregistrement du comté de Saint John le avril sous le numéro 27093831.
