Order in Council 1922/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 28(1) of the Building Code Act, 1992

Andrew Hellebust of the City of Toronto

is hereby reappointed as a part-time member of the Building Materials Evaluation Commission for a fixed term of six months, effective on the later of February 7, 2020 or the date this Order in Council is made.

And pursuant to

section 28(2) of the Building Code Act, 1992,

Andrew Hellebust of the City of Toronto

is hereby designated as a part-time Vice-Chair of the Building Materials Evaluation Commission for a fixed term of 6 months, effective on the later of February 7, 2020 or the date this Order in Council is made.
