OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated March 5, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia 1989, the Public Service Act , is please to approve the Minister of Energy entering into an Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Natural Resources Canada and Acting Through the Earth Sciences Sector, respecting a collaborative geoscience research project, substantially in the form set out in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
