B.C. Reg. 210/2005, deposited April 22, 2005, pursuant

to the FOREST ACT [Section 169]. Order in Council 438/2005,

approved and ordered April 21, 2005.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor,

by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, it

being in the public interest, Crown land outlined in heavy black on the maps

in Schedules 1 to 15 attached to this order, is specified as the Haida

Gwaii/Queen Charlotte Islands Designated Area under

section 169 of the

Forest Act for a period ending December 31, 2008.

exempt from publication the maps attached to B.C. Reg. 210/2005.
