Order in Council 1614/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 12(4) of the Retirement Homes Act, 2010, S.O. 2010, c. 11,

Joe Vaccaro of Toronto

be appointed as director of the board of directors of the Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 3 years, effective the later of December 9, 2024 and the date this Order in Council is made.
