OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated May 29, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 27 of

Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1993, the Equity Tax Credit Act, is pleased to amend the Equity Tax Credit Regulations made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 94-86 dated February 2, 1994, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after June 28, 2002.
