OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated December 13, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased, effective December 14, 2022, to authorize the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into net debt obligations in the form of tangible capital assets, in a total amount not to exceed $103,345,000 and in the form of indemnities in respect of such investments, for the purpose of the QEII New Generation redevelopment project.
