OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Culture dated September 8, 1998, pursuant to

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to appoint John J. Paul of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality to be a member of the Nova Scotia Council on Higher Education for a term of office of three years commencing September 1, 1998 and ending August 31, 2001.
