Order in Council 36/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Sean Henry of Brampton be reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of three years, effective April 16, 2022.
