Section 13 of the Maritime Provinces Higher Edu- cation Commission Act,

chapter 187 of the Revised Statutes, 2011, is repealed and the following is substi- tuted: 1 L’article 13 de la

Section 37.1 of the Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act,

chapter R-10.6 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2009, is repealed and the following is substituted: 2(1) L’article 37.1 de la

Section 8 of the Medical Services Payment Act,
